Terms of Sale and Refund Policy

Product

Silent Recon is a Chrome extension for browser-side web security reconnaissance. It helps users observe endpoints, workflow chains, auth/session indicators, JavaScript intelligence, and passive security findings during authorized security review.

Authorized Use

You are responsible for using Silent Recon only on systems and applications where you have permission to perform security testing or reconnaissance. Silent Recon is not sold for unauthorized access, abuse, or activity that violates applicable law or third-party terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for payment processing, taxes, invoices, refunds, and payment-related customer records. Plan availability, prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown on the pricing page or checkout page before purchase.

Refunds

If Silent Recon does not work as described or you purchased the wrong plan, contact support within 14 days of the purchase or renewal. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method where possible.

Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal through the billing portal when available or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous charges unless a refund is approved under this policy.
